Hard-working, perceptive and solutions-focused, Steven was inspired to join Harcourts Ashwood team by a desire to help property owners secure respectful, reliable tenants, and to help quality tenants find a home that they´ll enjoy for the long-term.

A Master's degree in Engineering Project Management from Melbourne University helped Steven hone his planning and negotiation skills, which he combines with an attention-to-detail, commitment to clients, and an open communication style employing his fluency in English and Mandarin. He also brings significant property management experience to the role, having worked in the field for a number of years, with involvement in all aspects of the role, from marketing and property assessment to leasing, maintenance and follow-up.

A keen family man and homemaker, Steven enjoys travelling with his family, spending time outdoors and tending to the never-ending needs of his garden.
