Pin Code: Alongside the plus code, the PIN serves as a key indicator of a property’s location. Including it can significantly boost the performance of your property page. The ‘Show PIN’ checkbox provides the flexibility to conceal the PIN. When left unchecked, Prop-GPT will utilize the pin code solely for implicit personalization of your post, without displaying the PIN to users explicitly.
Prop-GPT enhances users’ experience by showing properties most relevant to them. In addition to price tags, features and facilities, the platform employs location filters to refine property searches. The preview provides a glimpse of how the ad will appear. However, the actual ad may vary depending on the viewer’s device and other factors considered by Google.
Headlines and Descriptions: >The ad is composed of up to three headlines, and two descriptions. Edit the headlines and descriptions to accurately highlight the key property features you want your prospective customers to notice.
Typically, headlines 1 and 2 are always shown on Google search ads. However, the appearance of headline 3 may vary depending on the user’s device and available space.
These headlines and descriptions also appear in the title and description of your property on Prop-GPT’s search results.
To list the post and commence advertising, click the ADVT button.

It is advisable to refresh posts that are more than a month old. Refreshing resets the post’s date, indicating it’s still active and boosting its ranking on Prop-GPT’s result pages.
As Prop-GPT relies on advertising to attract customers to your property posts, it's important for you to advertise. Additionally, since advertising signals authenticity, posts inactive for an extended period will be de-listed.
To advertise, click the ADVERTISE button, then select the duration of the ad, and the daily budget (spend/day).
Prop-GPT’s algorithms optimize the ad through campaign settings, choice of keywords, and adjusting the CPC rate.
To pay for advertising, you need to maintain an account balance with Prop-GPT, which you can do by topping up. Prop-GPT uses PayPal for online transactions due to its safety, ease of use, and the option to pay with or without a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, select on the “Credit or Debit Card” option on the platform.
