Audrey Xu brings 15 years of business experience to her role as a real estate sales agent. She is degree qualified as a tax accountant and has small business consultancy, retail and hospitality business ownership behind her. Today, what makes her happiest is helping people make major moves in their lives and assisting them in solving their particular issues around real estate.

Achieving street record prices is always on Audrey’s goals list. She is driven to achieve the best possible price for her sellers, knowing the difference price can make between one decision or another. Hardworking, approachable and knowledgeable, Audrey is appreciated by her clients for her diligence and integrity.

Although she specialises in Brisbane’s inner east/bayside and Carindale, Audrey will happily sell in other suburbs as well. She believes that purely local agents miss opportunities to draw from a wider pool of resources.

Known for her broad knowledge on a wide range of topics, Audrey is an interesting conversationalist who enjoys learning from others. A native speaker of Mandarin, she is also fluent in Cantonese and the Shanghainese and Su Zhou dialects. She lived and studied in Malaysia before making her home here in Australia. Audrey is married and has two children and the family’s favourite thing to do is relax at home together.
