If you are a property consultant, consider including relevant information about your expertise and areas of specialization, such as property sectors and geographical regions of operation.
You can add your photograph by clicking on the photo image.
If you have another website, click the website label to add a link to the site. Besides enabling customers from Prop-GPT to visit your site, this also improve your site’s search ranking.
From this page, you can also conveniently access links to top up your account balance for advertising purposes and to list your properties on Prop-GPT.
To list your property for sale or for rent on Prop-GPT, you need to provide relevant information. While most details are optional, incorporating comprehensive information tends to attract and convert prospective buyers and tenants effectively.
The inclusion of address and location details serves multiple purposes, benefiting not only prospective buyers or tenants but also enhancing the performance of your property page on Prop-GPT.
Plus Code (Google Maps): This code is used by Google to locate your property on Google Maps.
Follow these instructions to find and paste the property’s plus code:

Pin Code: Alongside the plus code, the PIN serves as a key indicator of a property’s location. Including it can significantly boost the performance of your property page. The ‘Show PIN’ checkbox provides the flexibility to conceal the PIN. When left unchecked, Prop-GPT will utilize the pin code solely for implicit personalization of your post, without displaying the PIN to users explicitly.
Prop-GPT enhances users’ experience by showing properties most relevant to them. In addition to price tags, features and facilities, the platform employs location filters to refine property searches. Thus, if a user is browsing a property on Prop-GPT within proximity, the platform will prompt them to explore your property under “similar posts”.
Phone: The phone number will appear on search ads and the property webpage. Users can call you by clicking the number.
Email: The email address will be shown on your property webpage. If you prefer, you may choose an address that is not the same as your registered email address.

The preview provides a glimpse of how the ad will appear. However, the actual ad may vary depending on the viewer’s device and other factors considered by Google.
Headlines and Descriptions: >The ad is composed of up to three headlines, and two descriptions. Edit the headlines and descriptions to accurately highlight the key property features you want your prospective customers to notice.
Typically, headlines 1 and 2 are always shown on Google search ads. However, the appearance of headline 3 may vary depending on the user’s device and available space.
These headlines and descriptions also appear in the title and description of your property on Prop-GPT’s search results.
To list the post and commence advertising, click the ADVT button.
Advertising is recommended because Prop-GPT relies on search advertising to attract customers to your property pages. However, if you prefer to list the post without advertising it, you may do so by clicking the LIST button.

It is advisable to refresh posts that are more than a month old. Refreshing resets the post’s date, indicating it’s still active and boosting its ranking on Prop-GPT’s result pages.
As Prop-GPT relies on advertising to attract customers to your property posts, it's important for you to advertise. Additionally, since advertising signals authenticity, posts inactive for an extended period will be de-listed.
To advertise, click the ADVERTISE button, then select the duration of the ad, and the daily budget (spend/day).
Prop-GPT’s algorithms optimize the ad through campaign settings, choice of keywords, and adjusting the CPC rate.
To pay for advertising, you need to maintain an account balance with Prop-GPT, which you can do by topping up. Prop-GPT uses PayPal for online transactions due to its safety, ease of use, and the option to pay with or without a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, select on the “Credit or Debit Card” option on the platform.

Refresh: If your property post remains active for some days, it is advisable that you
periodically refresh it by clicking the refresh button .
This re-sets the post’s date, thus improving its ranking on Prop-GPT’s result pages.
Edit/Preview: Click the edit icon to edit
your post, and the preview icon to view it.
Advertising Spend: Though costs vary from country to country and city to city, search advertising is not expensive. If you are targeting a major city, for as little as SGD 20 /day, you should be able to garner thousands of impressions and hundreds of clicks per day. Typically, the cost-per-click (CPC) is a fraction of a dollar.
To advertise you simply click the ADVERTISE button next to the post, select your daily budget, and the start and end dates for the ad.
Top-up: To fund the advertising, you need to maintain the required balance in your Prop-GPT account. You may do so by clicking the ‘Top Up’ button.
Prop-GPT uses PayPal for online transactions since it is safe and easy to use, and because you can pay with or without a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the “Pay with Credit or with Debit Card” option on PayPal’s login page.
Guidelines — fake listings: As the incidence of fake listings adversely impacts user interest and consequently our ranking on search engines, Prop-GPT reserves the right to delete posts that are deemed false or inaccurate. This applies also to any activities intended to inappropriately manipulate a post’s ranking.
Since advertising is a key indicator of authenticity, posts that are dormant for a prolonged duration will be de-listed.
