Wendy joins the Harcourts Essential team with over 15 years of experience in Property Management, bringing a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care to every client interaction.
Throughout her career, Wendy has successfully managed diverse residential property portfolios, overseeing all aspects of property management — from meeting with new landlords and conducting inspections to handling tenancy agreements, arrears, and SACAT hearings. She prides herself on her strong communication skills and her ability to build lasting, trusting relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Wendy’s organised and proactive approach ensures that every property under her care is managed with efficiency and attention to detail, while her friendly and approachable manner helps make the process seamless for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets, as well as travelling, cooking, dancing, reading, and tackling house renovation projects. She’s also an active community member serving on the Riverton District High School Governing Council and the Parents & Friends Committee, and volunteering with SA Pony Clubs, the Gawler Show, and the Adelaide Equestrian Festival.
