Mark’s real estate journey began in 2006 when he took a leap of faith and relocated to Brisbane to pursue a Sales Cadet role with a well-known agency. Starting in administration, Mark worked his way through various roles within the real estate office, gaining hands on experience and building a strong foundation of industry knowledge. This progression equipped him with the skills and confidence to step into his most aspired role—sales. Now, 18 years later, Mark has returned home to Tasmania to be closer to what matters most—his family.
When asked what success in real estate means to him, Mark’s answer is simple: “It’s about building trust. If people feel they can talk to me openly and rely on me, that’s success.” Mark has recently joined Team Maddison Dowling, where he will be working alongside Maddison to support clients throughout their property journey—whether buying or selling—with professionalism, care, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Outside of real estate, Mark enjoys playing golf, going to the gym, socialising with friends, and soaking up some well earned R&R at the beach—when the Tassie weather permits, of course!
