Your rent will include free Wi-Fi free weekly cleaning of the bathroom and the flooring as well as the kitchen area and general area to keep the place clean and tidy and hygienic.

You can cook at a fully equipped kitchen which we supply some pots n pan, dishes and appliances we expect our user to clean after use for cleanliness not waiting for the weekly cleaner .

No smoking is allowed in the apartment but one can go to designated smoking space.

In the yard area we have a dryer and washing machine for everyone to use. There is a store room space for bulky item and iron/board provided here.

The rent advertised is negotiable slightly but depends on your rental period which is from 6 months onwards...
