Downstairs, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a second toilet, and an open plan living area. The unit is fully air-conditioned and includes a BBQ, TV, and DVD player. A fold-out bed is also provided, and a portable cot is available upon request. The unit can accommodate up to five guests, with one queen bed, two single beds, and one fold-out couch.
