You will receive an income from the government that varies from year to year. This income will require you to manage the land possibly through hiring contractors.

We are currently in Year 7 of the active management plan with the report done and paid. Year 8 due at Xmas 2025. Each year a progress report is submitted, and the land is inspected by a NSW Biodiversity Conservations Trust (BCT) representative and provided you are meeting the management requirements, money will then be released for the next year.
