Situation:    Situated at 4448 Tarwoona Road, Twin Rivers NSW 2310 being approx. 55km east of Goondiwindi and 15km south of Yelarbon. Part of the Inverell Shire Council.

Area:         129.49 ha (320 ac) Freehold being L2 DP750062 plus some give & take adjacent to the Dumaresq River

Country:     Sloping gently to the north with approx. 1km of frontage to the Dumaresq River on the northern boundary and Tarwoona Road as the southern boundary. A billabong /waterway runs from south to north through the property. Soils are predominately river loams, and the timber is mainly Broadleaf Box & Belah in the pasture country and River Gums along the waterways.

There are 2 x 22,000L poly tanks for bore water and additional 2 x 3,000L tanks for rainwater.
