The property is located in a quiet part of town but is only a short five-minute drive to the main beach and lagoon. The two-storey home can accommodate up to eight people, with the ground floor being fully self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom. The owner may access the property to tend to the chooks and gardens, but guests are unlikely to see them. Guests are welcome to visit the chooks and enjoy any homegrown produce. However, it should be noted that there is a small creek at the bottom of the property that is not fenced, so children should be supervised.
